Subscription Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these terms you agree that:
- There is a three order purchase minimum for all SOULMUCH subscriptions
- All orders are nonrefundable
- All orders must be paid in full before products are shipped out
- If payment is declined the amount due will be requested and collected before your order will go out
- You can cancel anytime after 3 orders, and a description on how to cancel is in the “Cancellation Policy” section
- SOULMUCH reserves the right to cancel any subscription with outstanding payments of 60 days
- The subscription start date will be on the day that you placed the order
- The subscription discount cannot be applied with any other offers
- You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your order
- All edits or changes to your subscription including canceling or pausing can be completed through your account on the SOULMUCH website

- To cancel your subscription go to www.soulmuchfoods.com
- Create an account or login through the icon of a person next to the shopping cart on the left side of the website.
- When creating an account make sure to use the same name and email that the order was placed under.
- You will see your order history and on that same page you will be able to “Manage Subscription”
- Click on the “Manage Subscription”
- You will see “Subscription Status” and that is where you can click to change your status
- Pausing your subscription will put your subscription on pause until you want to start ordering cookies again.
